Yeah, but I'm only here to invest in an international arms deal...

Ha! And there was me thinking that I was lagging behind! You haven't met some of this lot, but old lag and behind are pretty close in the way of descriptions.

Over the years I've found as a rule that "old lag" and "behind" serve for pretty much all groups. I might add "vocal" and "odorous".
Sorry I haven't sent you the pics from RGM yet by the way, my CD writer has died and I haven't got round to getting a new one. I could do it on my laptop, but it's all the way over the other side of the room and in its case... with a zip!

Is there any news on this? Have the hangers been ordered or did the payment not arrive in time?

Hello Foxe
Recently PM'd you on this. The hangars were delayed over Xmas getting to Canada. Then shipped to me in the UK (10th Jan 2008). Should be with us mid to late Feb.
Sorry but as you were the fist to pay up, unfortunately you are waiting the longest. One still hasn't paid yet (tut tut) and I had to fork out for two so we could all get the discount. The other two boys interested on the forum were over-come buy Xmas and work, but we all couldn't wait for ever (sorry chaps).
That pub telephone number on your letter never picks up, so sorry for the lack of comms between us. Lets hope the excise man is nice to us.
Simon

On the one hand I ought to point out that the "pub" number is actually a replica ship - my place of gainful employment - on the other hand I rather like the reputation of giving out a pub's number as the best point of contact...

Hi were there any of these left over that weren't sold? If so I want one (depending on price) for a set of display kit. Tod

Tod,
Mark P has one for sale if you still need one?

Still need a hanger, any chance of any one telling me if there is still one for sale or I need to try and order one?

Hi Tod, the order was put in after people paid for them in advance. So I guess that's a no in your case. On the plus side, Loyalist Arms now take plastic, and the chances of being stung for VAT from Canada is slight. www.loyalistarms.freeservers.com/infantryswords.html$123CAN, or about £60 according to XE.com (unless they charge you in US$ where they are only $89US)(£45)
