I think Will is saying probably up to about 10.00pm on Friday. If you were thinking of leaving it until Saturday morning, when things will be a bit rushed, I would think that everything should be set up and anything modern removed by 10.30am - and cars removed to the car park by that time too.
Although that may be changed short-term at the request of the organisers.
In short, the earlier you can get there the better - and Friday is best of all.

Thanks, looks like being Friday then. I feel I must start the rumour that Andy R is buying all those on the French camp pizza. Although you may want to ask Angie about the dead dog pie.
As a gesture of good faith and with no expence spared the Redcoats will be getting peanut butter. (RaT joke).

We were meant to be leaving about 9 this morning..but I went out to the car to move it so I could load and found the drivers side window smashed and the radio gone . The soonest I can get a new window fitted is about 12. So what could have been a leisurely drive down and a look around Bath becomes a blast down and set-up when we get there with no travel reports.

Although you may want to ask Angie about the dead dog pie. I had some dead dog pie, and.... ;D It was a shame that RaT had to split the camp, but possibly next year depending on numbers we will all just go on the lawn behind the other tents. I believe the consensus was all had fun and would go again. ....oh yeah the pie. I would have had more if I hadn't already eaten as it was good solid food.

We have just got back from the hospital as Anne-Marie's foot was swollen and painful. It seems on Saturday night while trying to get up the slope to where Andy B and DB had there tent she cracked a metatarsal. Despite this she managed to walk around on Sunday (rather slowly). So though we enjoyed it, it wasn't exactly the best weekend

Just a quick note to say thanks. Thoroughly enjoyed the event at Bath even though it was very muddy at the French Camp.

Despite everything I did have a good weekend and so did Finn. My foot is hurting and from the sound of things it's a march fracture as it had been troubling me before. But other than that and the car being broken into it has been a good weekend!

I've been back to the hospital today for my foot plastered. I now have a red cast from toe to knee and a very sexy velcro shoe to go over it-nice! I will be in the d**ned thing for 4 - 6 weeks but am still hoping to come along to events. I can't change anything so may as well make the most of it and carry on doing things. We're still washing all the mud out of our kit from Bath so it must have been a good one! See you all soon.
