Does any one know of a gunsmith that actually knows how to make parts for flintlocks? Some of you know the saga of my pistols. I've had the locks at Blackleys for over a year and they have done nothing with them apart from tell me they will do them. So I need some one who can make parts such as tumblers and springs rather than some one who either just sells bits or muskets.

Blackleys latest date is 26th May. If they haven't sorted it by them I'm getting them back. The chap on the phone ahs been very pleasent but the service has been c**p. A friend of mine has also just had an issue with them. I think they have two sites, lots of boxes and are not the best organised. I've had two chaps in Scotland offer to sort the problem so thats where they will be going next.
