Hi Steve, as far as NFOE is concerned you are a fully paid up member and yes we do have the event at Milton Manor in Oxford. I think the extra stuff is membership from the Watch as a seperate organisation, as is the Sherbourne event. Never fear though NFOE doesn't require any external membership stuff, as far as we're concerned your membership fee covers your insurance and suchlike for all NFOE events which will always be listed in the Outpost Newsletter. Hi Steve
As Will says, the Watch event at Sherborne is not NFOE. NFOE is fully committed to Milton Manor in Oxfordshire and expecting a high turnout of members.
I presume the membership form you have been sent is to encourage you to join 'The Watch' - a group based around the Black Watch Highland regiment.
I understand that you have joined the Massachusetts Provincial Regiment and the membership fee you have paid entitles you to participate in all NFOE events, as listed in OUTPOST and on the website, without any further membership fees required. Never fear - all NFOE events will always be fully listed and described in this newsletter. (April issue out w/c 10 April)
If there is anything else you need clearing up feel free to contact me directly.
Regards
Ian
