Hi everyone
Apologies for the non-arrival, so far, of Outpost and Sheffield Warning Order. I put together Outpost as soon as I returned from holiday after Bath but we are still waiting for final camp site info for Sheffield. There is a site meeting tomorrow (Tuesday 14th) and we should have everything confirmed then - however it will still need to go for printing, be labelled and stuffed into envelopes and posted. But, it is coming soon!! Trust me, I'm a Frenchman!!
Salut!!

Not sure if we can muster up Daniel Day Lewis, you just never know!

Me again. Outpost and Sheffield Warning Order went in the post this morning (Thursday) and should be with all UK members by Saturday (18th August).
See you there.

Just to add...some of the printing on the Sheffield Warning Order map isn't as clear as it should be. The blurry bits are basically saying the NFOE skirmish is at 2.30 each day, and it it may be a good idea to have a means of cutting/chopping wood as you never know what you will end up with at shows like this. And finally, the water points are a bit of a hike so members may want to fill up as much as possible at the 'Centre In The Park' when they arrive on Saturday (note: the Centre closes 5.00-5.30 on Saturday). Erm... maybe a bit odd greenhorn question... but when is Sheffield? Am not so far from England (Denmark) with an urge to invade...

Sheffield is this coming weekend, arriving Saturday, but please make sure you are a member of NFOE before doing anything. Please contact me a will_raffle@yahoo.com as membership funds must be cleared before you are insured as part of our society, Cheers

How many daughters did Munro have?? what ages?? will there be a line up of all the thousands of women who really have been wanting to get on the field (of course with no weapons) or a lucky lottery of some sort, is there a waiting list? ;D

What fun it was. Though I knew most of the people before joining, it was a chance to meet some of the characters I didn't.
Geoff and Dingo made me most welcome and I can even now get drill wrong in 2 languages. I even recall someone mentioning something about a new knife ;D

Remember my legs were a bit wobbly at Bath as a result of riding the bucking bronco, well, the docs said 4 to 6 weeks to heal (soft tissue injuries and all) but the physio said "nah, 3 months more like". My ankle is causing a few concerns, but the knee is mostly healed now. Still a mystery as to how I did it as I managed to land quite convincingly on my head...!

Geoff that is obviously a mid air photo of a magnificently thrown banana shot which is just about to swing in at Pete's head!
